Executive Director
Mary Bennett grew up in the state of Michigan and attended the University of Michigan where she earned a B.A. in Women's Studies. After participating in a number of diverse clubs and activities during her undergraduate experience, she believed pursuing a Master's in higher education would be a natural fit given her affinity for student groups and her understanding of their important role on a college campus. She graduated from Miami University's College Student Personnel program and worked there initially to provide academic advising to students in the honors program. She then began work in the Alumni Association, focusing on constituent group programming and special event planning. The next step led her to a fundraising role for Miami and, following, Wright State University.
Mary joined the McCullough-Hyde/TriHealth team in 2014 where she could continue very similar work in building relationships on behalf of the hospital. In her role as Chief Development Officer for the McCullough Hyde Foundation, she is responsible for ensuring there are ongoing investments for Team Member education, and for the purchase of equipment and support of services for the communities the hospital serves. She enjoys working with prospects and donors to connect them with projects that are important to them. Mary is excited to extend the Foundation's reach through the Crescendo platform in offering more resources to make the donor experience easy and enjoyable.
